§ 48-36 PARKING ON MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DRIVE.
   In order to alleviate traffic congestion on Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, there shall henceforth be no parking on the west side of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive from the East Stateline Road to the old railroad track crossing.
