The following sections of city streets shall be changed from a two-way street to a one-way street during the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and on Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
(A) The section of North College Street between the state line and Second Street;
(B) The section of Pearl Street between the state line and Second Street; and
(C) The section of Second Street between Pearl Street and North College Street.
