§ 44-368 EXPENDITURE BY TOURIST AND CONVENTION COMMISSION.
   The City Tourist and Convention Commission shall only expend the money transferred to it within the guidelines of KRS 91A.390, and it shall make a yearly report to the city (i.e., Mayor and City Commission) of the expenditures.
