§ 42-8 DISCHARGE OF PARTICLES ONTO PUBLIC SIDEWALKS BY DISCHARGE FANS, DEVICES AND THE LIKE PROHIBITED.
   The using and operating of an exhaust or discharge fan or other apparatus or device in a restaurant, café or other public place of business, whereby smoke, soot, grease, gas or other particles are discharged upon or over a public sidewalk erected and maintained for pedestrian traffic in the city, is hereby declared to be unlawful.
