§ 42-7 QUIET ZONES.
   (A)   The portion of all streets adjacent to and within 300 feet of any hospital or medical clinic in the city is declared to be a quiet zone and the causing, making or creating of any unnecessary or unusual sounds or noises in the area are hereby prohibited.
   (B)   The following noises are particularly enumerated and all of the following are included as unnecessary, but the enumeration is not intended to be exclusive:
      (1)   The sounding of automobile horns except in cases of emergency;
      (2)   Vehicles without mufflers;
      (3)   Racing of motors;
      (4)   Backfiring of engines;
      (5)   Any explosive; and
      (6)   The sounding of any device in or on a vehicle in the area.
