§ 42-5 SIGNS AND STRUCTURES NOT TO EXTEND BEYOND CURB.
   No signs or structures shall be erected so as to extend beyond the inside of the curb along any street or so as to extend over any portion of the streets provided and intended for vehicular traffic in the city. No sign or structure as constructed prior to the effective date of the ordinance from which this section was derived shall be affected by this section. The penalty incurred for violation of this section shall not affect the right of the city to enjoin the construction and maintenance of signs or structures in violation of this section.
