§ 36-61 CREATION; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   A Board of Adjustment is hereby created as provided for in the regulation under which the Municipal Planning Commission operates.
   (B)   The area of jurisdiction of the Board of Adjustment established in this article is coexistent with the Planning Commission.
