Any member of the Municipal Planning Commission shall automatically forfeit his or her seat on the Planning Commission once it is determined that he or she has failed to attend three or more consecutive meetings or public hearings without prior notification of his or her planned absence to the Code Enforcement Administrator or City Manager.
