From and after the time when the Municipal Planning Commission shall have organized and selected its officers, together with the adoption of its rules of procedure, then the Commission shall have all the powers, duties and responsibilities as set forth in KRS 100.117 et seq., or other statutes relating to the duties and powers of municipal planning commissions adopted subsequent thereto.
