§ 36-36 EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.
   The Municipal Planning Commission shall exercise jurisdiction for the purpose of subdivision regulations for a distance of five miles from all points upon the city’s boundary or to the county lines of Graves and Hickman Counties, whichever is lesser. The County Judge may, if he or she so desires, appoint a member to the Planning Commission as provided in KRS Ch. 100.133, the appointment to be in addition to the membership set out in § 36-32.
