(A) The Municipal Planning Commission shall elect its Chairperson from among its citizen members. The term of the Chairperson shall be one year with eligibility for reelection.
(B) The Planning Commission shall adopt rules for the transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall be a public record.
(C) The Planning Commission shall use the Office of Community Development as administrative staff and may contract with outside city planners and other consultants for the services as it may require.
(D) The expenditures of the Planning Commission, exclusive of gifts, shall be within the amounts appropriated for the purpose by the Board of Commissioners.
