§ 34-1 SOLICITING AT RESIDENCES AFTER SUNSET PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   The soliciting of orders, subscriptions or sales by persons representing other than businesses with an established business location within the city is prohibited at any residence in the city after sunset, except when a prior appointment has been made with the prospective customer or the salesperson or solicitor has been invited by the prospective customer or subscriber.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the solicitation of funds for charitable purposes by a person authorized to solicit contributions for a bona fide charitable organization with a local chapter and when the drive for funds has been approved by the City Chamber of Commerce.
