The lots located at the intersection of Main Street and Washington Street heretofore occupied by the post office and acquired by the city by deed dated 8-10-1965, as recorded in Deed Book 84, page 8, in the Court Clerk’s office of the county, is hereby dedicated for use as a library and other purposes as set forth in terms and conditions stated in the quitclaim deed and the reservations set forth therein.
