(A) The city and the Fire Department shall not assume responsibility for fires outside the corporate city limits.
(B) The City Fire Department shall respond to vehicle fires outside the corporate limits only when it has been declared that life is in danger.
(C) The City Fire Department may enter into an automatic mutual aid agreement with other fire departments to assist in suppressing structure fires within an approximate five-mile radius of the city.
