(A) A charge of $500 is hereby established and shall be charged for any and all calls answered by the Fire Department outside the limits of the city.
(B) This section shall not affect resolutions heretofore adopted in cooperation with other municipalities, the University of Tennessee Martin Branch or as standby for the City of South Fulton, Tennessee, nor shall it affect the requirements of agreements to be filed with the city.
