It is specifically provided herein that the city’s agreement to participate in the regional E911/PSAP project shall be binding only as long as counties of Ballard, Fulton, Graves, Hickman and Lyon, and the cities of Wickcliffe, LaCenter, Fulton, Hickman, Kevil, Barlow, Eddyville, Kuttuwa, Columbus, Wingo, Water Valley, and Clinton remain involved in the project such as to keep the monthly line fee at $1 per month. If at any such time the line fee is increased over and above the $1 per month the City Commission reserves the right to withdraw from participation in this project.
