§ 16-69 DISSOLUTION.
   The city may dissolve the Authority and provide that, upon the complete dissolution, all funds, property and other assets held by the Authority shall be returned to the city. No dissolution shall be made until a time as all legal obligations of the Authority shall be satisfied and all existing commitments fulfilled.
