§ 16-34 ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND PERSONNEL; OFFICER AUTHORITY.
   The Tourism and Convention Commission shall elect from its membership a Chairperson and a Secretary-Treasurer, pursuant to KRS 91A.360, who also shall act without compensation. The Tourism and Convention Commission may also elect, if needed, a Vice Chairperson. The Tourism and Convention Commission shall approve and adopt the by-laws to define its operation and officer duties.
