§ 14-6 GRAVE OPENING AND GRAVE CLOSING FEES.

   (A)   The fee for opening and closing of all graves in the Greenlea and Fairview Cemeteries shall be as follows:

      (1)   A fee of $750 per grave; and

      (2)   A fee of $250 per cremation.

   (B)   Funeral directors making arrangements for interments will be responsible in paying the city for all opening and closing fees to the City Clerk prior to the time of burial.
