A. Any improvements on property with an Open Space (O-S) zone that are publicly held shall be subject to a review pursuant to Chapter 15.25 of this title.

B. Any improvements on property with an Open Space (O-S) zone that is privately held shall be subject to a review as a Site Plan pursuant to Chapter 15.47 of this title.
