The Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Fund shall be used to account for the receipt of grant revenues under Article 3 of the Transportation Development Act, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code Section 99234. Expenditures therefrom shall be used exclusively for facilities provided for the exclusive use of pedestrians and bicyclists. (Ord. 2785 § 2, 1991: Ord. 2243 § 1 (part), 1978).
