The Debt Service Funds shall be used to account for the payment of interest and principal on all outstanding bond issues for the City and the Fullerton Redevelopment Agency. (Ord. 2709 § 12, 1990: Ord. 2548 § 4, 1985: Ord. 1669 § 1 (part), 1970).
