The Airport Fund may be used to account for the receipts and expenditures of amounts pertaining to the maintenance, operation and all capital outlays of the Fullerton Municipal Airport, except for the airport transactions required in the Special Aviation Fund. (Ord. 1669 § 1 (part), 1970).
