The Library Fund shall be used to account for the receipt and expenditures of Federal, State, and County library grants, library fines and fees, and contributions and gifts. Expenditures therefrom shall be used exclusively for library purposes. (Ord. 2785 § 1, 1991: Ord. 1669 § 1 (part), 1970).
