It shall be the duty of the Director of Finance to file with the Clerk each month financial statements showing total cash balances in each of the various funds of the City and the Fullerton Redevelopment Agency, a statement of revenues showing all major sources of revenue by category for the month and year-to-date, a summary statement of expenditures for all departments and capital project totals, year-to-date, and income statements for the major enterprise funds of the City.
