14.24.070   Public liability insurance.
   Prior to the issuance of any permit as herein provided for, the applicant shall produce proof of the fact that he carries public liability insurance in an amount of not less than three hundred thousand dollars for injuries including accidental death, for any one person, and subject to the same limits for each person in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars on account of any one accident, and property damage insurance in an amount not less than fifty thousand dollars conditioned for the payment of all loss or damage suffered by any person, firm or corporation, or by the City of Fullerton resulting from any act or omission of anything done, or suffered, or caused to be done, or suffered by said applicant, his agents, servants or employees in the relocation of any building or structure within the city limits, or the removal of any building or structure from within the city limits to a point outside the city limits. Such insurance policies shall be approved by the City Attorney as to form and sufficiency.
   This requirement shall not apply to Class A moving permits.
