14.24.040   Application for permit.
   A person seeking issuance of a permit hereunder shall file an application for such permit with the Building Inspector.
   FORM: The application shall be made in writing, upon forms provided by the Building Inspector, and shall be filed in the office of the Building Inspector.
   CONTENTS: The application shall set forth:
   A.    A description of the building proposed to be moved, giving street number, construction materials, dimensions, number of rooms and condition of exterior and interior;
   B.    A legal description of the lot from which the building is to be moved, giving the lot, block and tract number, if located in the city;
   C.    A legal description of the lot to which it is proposed such building be removed, giving lot, block and tract number, if located in the city;
   D.    The portion of the lot to be occupied by the building when moved;
   E.    The highways, streets and alleys over, along or across which the building is proposed to be moved;
   F.    The present land use zone upon the property;
   G.    A list of all other buildings upon the property upon which the building is to be moved, stating the character of the building, the size, and the uses to which such buildings are put at the time of the application.
   H.    The estimated total weight of the building and moving equipment when resting on the street.
   I.    The dates and hours during which the moving of the building will be conducted.
   J.    An approval by the City Engineer and Superintendent of Streets of the City of Fullerton of the route designated therein;
   K.    The name and the address of the person authorized to accept notice of any hearings to, or required by this title and chapter;
   L.    Any additional information which the Building Inspector shall find necessary to a fair determination of whether a permit shall be issued.
   ACCOMPANYING PAPERS:
   A.    Tax Certificate: The owner of the building to be moved shall file with the application sufficient evidence that the building and lot from which it is to be removed are free of any entanglements and that all taxes and any City charges against the same are paid in full.
   B.    Certificate of Ownership or Entitlement: The applicant, if other than the owner, shall file with the application a written statement or bill of sale signed by the owner, or other sufficient evidence, that he is entitled to move the building.
   FEE: If the building or structure to be moved is within the city and to be relocated within the city, the application shall be accompanied by a permit fee in the amount of fifty dollars. If the building or structure to be moved into the city is located outside the city, such fee shall be in the amount of one hundred dollars.
   Applicants for permits to move buildings or structures out of or through the city as classified by this chapter shall pay the following fees to cover cost of inspection necessary to determine any damage to public property in the city:
   For Class "A" Permit: The sum of fifteen dollars.
   For Class "B" Permit: The sum of twenty dollars.
   For Class "C" Permit: The sum of twenty-five dollars.
   For Class "D" Permit: The sum of thirty-five dollars.
   For Class "E" Permit: The sum of one hundred dollars.
   All fees under this section shall be in addition to building, plumbing, electrical and all other fees, including business licenses, required by ordinances of the City.
