No person shall interfere with, or fail or refuse to permit, the inspection of any real or personal property in the City, by the Building Official, City Health Officer, Fire Chief, Electrical Inspector, or any of their authorized representatives, for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with any provisions of any of the chapters of this title. A demand for credentials, or for a search warrant, or both, shall not be a violation of this section.
