All sewer mains, laterals, manholes, and other appurtenances shall be designed, constructed, and inspected in accordance with Fullerton Municipal Code, Title 16; the City of Fullerton standard drawings; the latest edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Contracts (Green Book) or as approved by the City Engineer.
