No person, firm, or corporation shall tap, open, or connect to, cause, permit, or allow to be tapped, opened, or connected to any water main or pipe without first having made application to the Utility and receiving a permit therefor. (Ord. 2436 § 2 (part), 1982; Ord. 3303 § 1 (part), 2021).
