The function of providing water and metering the water system of the City shall be known as the "Fullerton Municipal Water Utility of the City of Fullerton, California" and hereinafter shall be referred to as the "Utility." (Ord. 2436 § 2 (part), 1982; Ord. 3303 § 1 (part), 2021).
