9.12.260 Possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage prohibited in any City park (infraction only).

It is unlawful for any person to possess a container of an alcoholic beverage which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which has been partially removed, in any City park. This section shall not apply where the possession is within premises located in a City park for which a license has been issued in accordance with the regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
