The Traffic Engineer is authorized to install and maintain such clearly legible signs at such entrances to, and other places on, such property when approved by the City Administrator to aid in the enforcement of this chapter. Any failure to install or maintain any such sign shall not entitle any person to operate a motor vehicle contrary to the provisions of this chapter.
