7.140.140 Prohibited activities.

No holder of an escort permit shall escort, offer to escort or perform any activity described in this chapter to any person under eighteen years of age, except at the special instance and request of the parent, guardian or other person in lawful custody of the person on whose behalf the escort or introductory service is engaged. (Ord. 2456 § 1 (part), 1983).
