Every person owning or operating a movie arcade shall pay a fee per twelve months' period based on the number of movie arcade devices in the movie arcade, times twenty-five dollars. Any person applying for a permit for a period of less than twelve months shall pay a prorated fee. (Ord. 2552 (part), 1985).
