7.52.060 Permits not to be transferred.

No person shall assign or transfer to any other person any permit issued pursuant to this chapter. Each such permit shall confer the personal privilege upon the person named therein to act as therein specified. No such person shall delegate such privilege to any other person. (Ord. 1881 § 2 (part), 1973).
