If the Development Services Director, or his/her designee, finds that all of the requirements set forth in Section 7.38.030 have not been met, he or she shall deny the application for the newsrack permit. Any applicant whose application for a permit has been denied by the Development Services Director, or his/her designee, may file a request for an administrative hearing as set forth in Section 7.38.170. If the application has been denied for failure to provide the required information, and the applicant provides the additional information within the ten days time for appeal, the applicant shall not be required to pay additional fees. Once the additional information is received, the permit will be issued or notice of denial on other grounds will be served. (Ord. 2919 § 1 (part), 1997).
