7.34.030 Application for license.

Eligible organizations desiring to obtain such license to conduct bingo games in the city shall file an application in writing therefor in the office of the Chief of Police on a form to be provided by him. The issuing authority shall be the Chief of Police. (Ord. 2338 § 1 (part), 1980).
