The Director of Development Services shall mail a copy of the Appeals Board's order to the owner and/or occupant, and to any other person requesting the same within five working days after the adoption thereof. The Appeals Board's decision shall be final. Any action to review the decision of the Appeals Board shall be commenced no later than the time period set forth in the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6.
