A. This title is enacted pursuant to the authority granted by Article 2, Chapter 4, Division 1 of Title 7 of the California Government Code, and may be cited as the Public Nuisance Ordinance.
B. The purpose of this chapter is to:
1. Safeguard the public health, safety and welfare by maintaining property or premises in good and appropriate condition;
2. Promote a sound and attractive community appearance; and
3. Enhance the economic value of the community.
