The City hereafter assumes enforcement responsibility for the implementation of Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, including Article 11, Chapter 18 of the California Code of Regulations and Chapters 6.7 and 6.75 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code relating to the underground storage of hazardous substances and required corrective action resulting from them. (Ord. 2837, 1993: Ord. 2756 § 1 (part), 1991).
