Except as otherwise provided, this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the City Manager or his designee. In the enforcement of this chapter such designee may enter upon private or public property to examine a vehicle or parts thereof, or obtain information as to the identity of a vehicle and to remove or cause the removal of a vehicle or part thereof declared to be a nuisance pursuant to this chapter. No entry shall be forced without a warrant from a judge. (Ord. 2637 § 3, 1988: Ord. 1533 § 1 (part), 1968).
