Before entering upon the duties of the office of Director of Finance, such officer shall file with the City Clerk a bond in the minimum penal sum of one hundred thousand dollars, which bond shall first have been approved by the City Council. (Ord. 2710 § 4, 1990: Ord. 1340 § 1 (part), 1964).
