FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL CODE
2.09.205   Signature authority.
   The City Manager, as well as a department head, is hereby authorized to execute documents as provided in California Government Code section 40602, whenever the City Council has approved the execution by the City Manager or a department head by resolution or motion. (Ord. 3275 § 1, 2019).
