15.20.130. Development standards.
   A.   The following standards identified in Table 15.20.130.A shall apply to PRD-I zoned development as follows.
   •   Edge Condition Sites as defined in Chapter 15.04 shall utilize any Building Type identified as appropriate based on the Street Type.
   •   Embedded Sites as defined in Chapter 15.04 shall utilize only the Building Type(s) identified as appropriate based on the Street Type which reflect the density range of the majority of surrounding properties. Density ranges are located in Table 15.10.020.A in Chapter 15.10.
   B.   Building Types shall be in accordance with Chapter 15.10.
   C.   Frontage Types shall be in accordance with Chapter 15.12.
