15.20.110. Intent and purpose.
   A.   The PRD-I zone is intended to provide standards for infill development on sites less than 40 acres in size.
   B.   Development under the PRD-I zone is predominately residential in nature.
   C.   Development standards are established based on the type of street or streets on which the site is located and utilize a combination of Building Types and Frontage Types to ensure a quality development compatible with its surroundings.
   D.   Street Types are based on Roadway Classifications established by the City's General Plan.
