15.42.010. Intent and purpose.

A. This zone is intended to identify those areas within the City in which Emergency Shelters for Homeless and Multi-Service Centers for Homeless may be established by right in accordance with Section 15.42.050.

B. This zone is an overlay zone, to be used only with an underlying base zone.

C. The requirements imposed by this zone are intended to supplement those requirements contained in the base zone.
