No Street Patrol Special Officer or Private Security Officer shall wear a uniform substantially similar to the official uniform worn by members of the Fullerton Police Department while operating in the City. The wearing of a navy blue police-style uniform is prohibited. (Ord. 2938 § 1 (part), 1998).
