The decision of the Board of Appeals is final and the Building Official shall be directed to act in accordance with the decision. The Board of Appeals' decision shall be provided to the appellant in the same manner as the notice of hearing pursuant to Section 14.02.050. The Board's decision shall issue no later than 10 days following the hearing, and shall provide reference to Sections 1094.5 and 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
