FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL CODE
3.56.020   Registration required.
   No person shall conduct or operate a street patrol service, act as a Street Patrol Special Officer or a Private Security Guard in the City, without first registering with the Police Department. (Ord. 2938 § 1 (part), 1998).
